In 2004, Celeste was chosen as one of the 19 finalists by Sean Combs on Making the Band 3: Danity Kane (2005-2006). After Making The Band 3, Celeste became a group rounds semi-finalist on season 5 of “American Idol.
Celeste won first place at the (2009) U.S.A Songwriting Competition for a song she co-wrote called “Red Light” which was produced by Brian Kennedy and she co-wrote “Once In A Lifetime” on the Raekwon Staten Go Hard 2009 mix tape. In (2010), Celeste co-wrote a song called, “Fingers Crossed” on Tania Christopher’s album, “A Peice Of Me” that was released in Japan as well co-wrote and was the featured artist on the single “Bad Girl” for UK rapper Fugative
Celeste has several soundtrack placements including 3 songs on the Warner Bros. movie, “Maennerherzen 2″, “Cover” starring Vivica A. Fox and “Wild Cherry” starting Rumer Willis.
Celeste was asked to be a panelist at the (2011) ASCAP EXPO which took place in Hollywood, CA where she was able to mentor beginner songwriters.
